Privacy policy

What we collect today: nothing
The Mieuxora site is currently a static, informational website. It has no user accounts, no active forms, no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. We collect no personal information through this site.
Your documents belong to you
Mieuxora resources are downloadable files that you print and fill in at home. The information you write in them — including any information related to a loved one's health — stays in your documents, on your device or on paper. Mieuxora never receives it and never stores it.
What will change, and how
When we activate the newsletter or online sales, this policy will be updated before activation to describe precisely: the data collected (for example a voluntarily provided email address), the provider used, the purpose, the retention period, and how to withdraw your consent. We will favour privacy-respecting tools and minimal collection.
Newsletter: nothing is kept before you confirm
The newsletter is not active yet. When it is, it will work by double opt-in: at the moment you submit your address, nothing is recorded. The confirmation link you receive carries your address itself, signed and valid for 24 hours. Your address only reaches our email provider — the single place it is stored — after you click that link. An unconfirmed signup leaves no trace with us, and Mieuxora keeps no subscriber database of its own.
Purchases: what we see, and what we don't
Online sales are not active yet. When they are, payment will be handled by Stripe: your card details are entered with Stripe and never pass through our servers. We receive the email address needed to deliver your files, and an order identifier. Download links are personal and expire after 72 hours.
Hosting
Like any website, our hosting provider may generate basic technical logs (IP addresses, requested pages) required for the operation and security of the service.
Questions
